Policies, Order Procedure and Payment

Warranties:
I warrant ONLY that any item sold will not arrive broken.
Any breakage occurring after your shipment is received will not be covered.
You have 3 days from receipt of items to advise me of any broken pieces.
No other warranties are either implied or written.
That being said, I am not inhuman...if there is a problem, please contact me and I will do my best to work it out.

How to Place Orders: Once you decide which unique and creative pieces you would like to order,
simply e-mail your request to jan@djinnglass.com

Acceptable payment options are:

PayPal! Yes, the fees can be a pain, but it's quick and easy!

Cash, personal checks (items will only be shipped once check has cleared, regardless how long it takes), and certified checks (available at your local bank).

Canadian Money Orders are convenient and safe. US Money orders are accepted, however, there are different ones available and some are not accepted in Canada. Please check before purchasing one. International Money Orders in Canadian Funds are also accepted.

If we are unable to cash a payment, it will be returned and an acceptable form, as noted above, will need to be arranged by the purchaser. We are not responsible for lost payments.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges as well as customs, brokerage and duty charges and any taxes that may be added when shipments cross any borders.

We ship by Canada Post, Purolator, Express Post, UPS, FedEx, and others. If you have a preference, we will try to accommodate you. Packages are shipped by Canada Post unless a preference is stipulated.
